Please follow up with your primary care physician as needed. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this paper list or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance.
Please arrange to see a general surgeon for elective surgery through your primary care doctor. If you do not have a primary care doctor, we will refer to surgery here, you will receive a phone call for an appointment time. Return to the Emergency Department if you experience worsening pain, fever, recurrent vomiting, blood in vomit, blood in stool, dark tarry stool, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
