You have been evaluated in the Olive ViewUCLA Emergency Department today for an accidental overdose. You have been observed in the ED and you are safe to go home.
Please follow up with your psychiatrist within 2-3 days. Please use the resources given to you in the Emergency Department.
Please follow up with your primary care physician as needed. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this paper list or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance.
Return to the Emergency Department if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, recurrent vomiting, vomiting blood, blood in your stool, difficulty walking or moving your arms or legs, slurred speech, difficulty with normal activities, abnormal behavior, vision changes, or for any other concerning symptoms.
