Please take Tylenol or Motrin as needed for pain using the directions on the box. Take vicodin for as needed for severe pain. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while taking vicodin.
Please follow up with your primary care physician as needed. If you do not have a primary doctor, you can call your insurance company to find one. If you do not have insurance, you can look for one on this paper list or go to the finance/registration department for more assistance.
Return to the ER immediately for worsening or uncontrolled pain, difficulty walking, numbness or weakness in your arms or legs, chest pain, shortness of breath, confusion, vomiting, or for any other concerning symptoms.
